But wait, there's more "more"... we even provide and manage a dedicated, branded space online that features your itinerary and options to facilitate trip sign-ups! It's found via another QR code and is also the place they can deposit and reserve their spot! They can reach out to us with any questions about the trip and once your guest deposits and is officially "on board" as a traveler, we handle all trip specific communication on your behalf to get them travel ready! This includes securing final payment, cabin or room selections, and booking air and travel protection if they would like.
